For over two decades I have worked across governance, systems analysis, organisational development, leadership, research, and interdisciplinary inquiry.

My professional experience includes business analysis within higher education, state and national leadership roles within Telstra's corporate division, governance architecture development, policy implementation initiatives, and independent research into stewardship, coherence, and systems thinking.

In 2016, governance architecture I developed contributed to award-winning implementation work recognised through the ATEM / Mindhive Governance Award.

This question became the foundation of Governance Stewardship, an approach that seeks to recognise, support, and strengthen the capacities that enable organisations, communities, and systems to thrive.
